The Siasat Daily, under the leadership of Mr. Amer Ali Khan (News Editor, The Siasat Daily and MLC), continued its long-standing initiative of distributing 20,000+ free educational books to students across Telangana.

This noble programme, started in 1992, has benefitted lakhs of students over the years, especially from underprivileged backgrounds. After Amer Ali Khan assumed office as MLC, the initiative was further expanded to reach students from diverse educational streams, with a special focus on Urdu-medium and government school students, where pass percentages often remain lower compared to private institutions.
