To guide students in making informed academic and career decisions, large-scale education and career counseling sessions were organized on the themes “What after 10th?” and “What after 12th?”. These sessions provided clarity on diverse career paths, including engineering, medicine, commerce, and arts, enabling students to plan their futures with confidence.
Through structured counseling and expert interaction, the initiative directly benefitted over 9,463 students, many of whom were from government and Urdu-medium schools. By addressing the confusion that often leads to dropouts, these sessions played a key role in:
Reducing school and college dropout rates.
Guiding youth toward purposeful higher education
Highlighting multiple career streams beyond traditional choices
Encouraging students to match their interests and abilities with the right opportunities.
This initiative reflects Mr. Amer Ali Khan’s vision of ensuring that every student, regardless of background, has access to the right guidance at the right time, paving the way for a brighter and more secure future.
