Through the Siasat Hub Foundation (S-Hub), several collaborations were initiated with government skill training programmes and startups to enhance youth employability and career readiness. Recognizing the diverse needs of students and job seekers, S-Hub launched multiple focused initiatives aimed at holistic development and industry-oriented skills.

Key highlights include:

• Basic English, IELTS, and PTE Cell: Designed to strengthen communication skills, improve language proficiency, and prepare candidates for overseas education and job opportunities, while also contributing to overall personality development.

• Specialized Technical Training for Engineers: Dedicated programmes in mechanical and electrical engineering were introduced, equipping students with hands-on training and industry-relevant expertise to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and professional requirements.

  Startup and Government Collaborations: Partnerships created pathways for young aspirants to access skill-based training, certifications, and entrepreneurial guidance.
